This document outlines the terms and conditions of which work undertaken by Adrenaline Multimedia is subject to.
The ‘client’ is the individual or business engaging in Adrenaline
Multimedia’s services.
The ‘job’ is any work, present or future undertaken by Adrenaline
Multimedia for the signing client.
1.0
Website
Quotes
1.1 Quotes are valid for 30 days.
1.2 Work outside the scope of a quote will be charged Adrenaline Multimedia’s standard hourly rate.

Job Standards
2.1 Jobs are to be completed to the specifications written in a quote or agreed to via email or verbally.
2.2 Adrenaline Multimedia agrees to provide opportunities throughout the progress of each job for clients to give feedback. Adrenaline Multimedia will keep the client updated on the progress of the job.
2.3 All quoted prices allow time for changes to be made to a job by the client within reason. Changes exceeding the time allocated for the job will be charged at Adrenaline Multimedia’s standard hourly rate. Adrenaline Multimedia will advise the client of this situation should it arise.
2.4 Adrenaline Multimedia requires that all websites built have the promotional text “Website by Adrenaline Multimedia” or similar which will link to Adrenaline Multimedia’s website. The text will not be intrusive to the client’s website.
2.5
Adrenaline Multimedia cannot make any guarantee
regarding the completion date of any job. If the client requires a job to be
completed by a certain date they should advise Adrenaline Multimedia before the
job commences and every effort will be made to meet the agreed date.
2.6 Adrenaline Multimedia will not proceed with jobs of an offensive, illegal or immoral nature and reserves the right to refuse jobs at its discretion.
2.7 Websites will be built and tested to function on the following web browsers: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.0, Safari 3.0 for Windows.
3.0
Client Responsibilities
3.1 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all text, images and other materials supplied to Adrenaline Multimedia for the development of their job are free from Intellectual Property Laws or that permission has been obtained to use the material.
3.2 The client will not hold Adrenaline Multimedia responsible for breech of Intellectual Property Laws.
3.3 The client gives permission to Adrenaline Multimedia to use their logo and any existing corporate branding and supplied materials such as photos, files, publications etc. in their job.
4.0
Promotional Copies
4.1 The client gives permission to Adrenaline Multimedia to use all preliminary designs as well as the final version of a job/jobs in future marketing or media competitions.
5.0
Ownership of Artwork
5.1
Adrenaline Multimedia retains ownership of
rejected drafts and cancelled jobs and their associated designs.
5.2 Ownership of a job will be passed onto the client when approval has been given by the client and when the job has been completed, received by the client and cleared of payment.
5.3 Adrenaline Multimedia will supply the client with a copy of files used to create their project, upon request.

Additional Expenses
6.1 Extra costs incurred by the job such as domain names, web hosting, font purchases, royalty free image purchases, etc, will be passed onto the client.
6.2 An administration fee or callout fee may be charged where the client incurs more than the usual workload. The client will be advised of this situation should it arise. Fees are calculated at the standard hourly rate.
7.0
Payment
7.1 Payment plans can be arranged to suit a client’s needs if requested before the commencement of a job.
7.2 Payment terms are usually outlined in the quote.
7.2.1
If payment terms are not outlined within a quote
our payment policy is as follows:
Adrenaline Multimedia may ask for a deposit of up to 50% of the balance at any
time throughout the job. The remaining balance of the job must be paid in full
before the job is launched or delivered.
7.3 In the event of a job cancellation, the client will be required to pay for the hours spent on a job to date. In addition a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted total of the job will be payable to Adrenaline Multimedia.
7.4 Adrenaline Multimedia’s standard hourly rate is $75 per hour charged to the nearest 15 minutes and is subject to change with notice. Adrenaline Multimedia’s minimum charge is for 30 minutes work.

Royalty Free Images
8.1 Royalty free images used in the client’s job are bound by the Content Licence Agreement for iStockphoto.com. This licence can be viewed at: http://www.istockphoto.com/license.php
9.0
Warrantee
9.1 Adrenaline Multimedia will repair bugs or other faults in the job free of charge for the first year from date of finalisation of the job where the fault was human error on Adrenaline Multimedia’s behalf.
9.2 Problems arising from web hosts, internet browsers, software updates or other causes beyond Adrenaline Multimedia’s control will be charged a repair fee calculated at the standard hourly rate.
10.0
Job
Completion
10.1 Notification of final approval of a job must be given in writing. Approval of updates, upgrades or changes may be given in writing or verbally.
10.2 When the client agrees to the completion of a job they agree that the job is in its final state and meets all standards agreed to and no further changes are required. The client agrees that all content supplied is not in breech of intellectual property laws.
10.3 The person approving the job acknowledges they are in a position to do so.
10.4 In the case of a website the client gives full permission to launch the website to an agreed domain name, replacing any existing content hosted on the server.
